We are looking for ambitious sales professional to build new clients while managing and growing existing client base, specifically focused on direct sales to customers. Director of Sales is charged with proposing advertising recommendations based on clients’ business plans and budget, providing consultative advice and ideas on customized plans for targeting and meeting staffing goals, and communicating product options and value. Requires superior client service, strong presentation and in-person consultative sales skills, a proven track record in building and sustaining client-based relationships, and the personal initiative to consistently achieve above goal in a sales environment. Advanced sales experience, negotiating, business development, custom product development and closing experience required. We seek a professional who has enthusiasm for selling and proven positive results as a persuasive communicator. Sales experience and familiarity with the furniture industry advertising channels, and employment strategy strongly preferred.
